Final exam information

Moed A of the final exam will be held on February 16, 2018 at 9am.
This will be a closed material exam with a choice of 3 out of 4 questions.
To prepare, review the course material and come well rested.
To answer some questions: The questions on the exam should be much less challenging than the HW questions. The exam will have more straightforward questions directly on the material taught in class. We are looking for understanding rather than memorization. You will not need to memorize inequalities and bounds that were not proven in class. But you should know basic definitions and understand when and how to use certain algorithms or sketch structures. It would also be helpful to understand proofs and be able to complete them with hints.
